The location of Albergo Roma was perfect for exploring the historic district, just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in early and store our luggage on our last day. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a nice view of the side street. We enjoyed the seating area in the reception and the terrace at the back of the hotel. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a simple coffee and croissant, but it was tasty.

The hotel is conveniently close to the main square with a beautiful view of the cathedral. It is also located near a cafe where guests can enjoy a pleasant breakfast. Furthermore, the hotel's central location allows guests to easily explore the center and visit all the sights.
The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbors and the corridor can be heard at times.

The hotel is well located, close to the train and bus stations, and a short walk from the city center and main attractions. the staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful. the room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed. Another positive aspect was the breakfast included in the rate, consisting of a croissant and coffee in a cafe around the corner.
I found the room to be quite small and outdated. the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were very thin.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the main square and the charming old town. The hotel also provided a map and even suggested a recommended walking route, which helped us explore the area to the fullest. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a car rental issue. They even secured a free carpark for us after 8pm. Moreover, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower that was a welcome treat after a long day of exploring. Lastly, I appreciated the breakfast voucher given to a nearby cafe, which offered delicious coffee and croissants to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding value for money, attention to detail, and convenient location.
Everything was superb, nothing to improve.
